How do I know which coverage to order?


	You should patch the stronger eye. So if your child needs to cover the left eye, when placing your order, select left coverage. This child is wearing a Left Coverage eyeglass eye patch. She is needing to strengthen her right eye.

How does the eye patch fit onto the glasses?

You just slide them over the lens... it's as simple as that! Due to the designs on each patch, it needs to be specified which eye your child covers. Each Patch Pal has a side piece that blocks out the peripheral vision. Look below to see an instructional video on each of our four eye patch styles.

When will my order be shipped?

The eye patches are usually shipped out within a couple of days after you place your order (unless the design is out of stock or it's during a holiday). You may select which shipping method you would like:

First Class Mail offered through the US Postal Service usually takes
3-8 business days and the Post Office does not guarantee delivery times (delays may occur during the holiday season).

Priority Mail is offered through the US Postal Service and usually takes 2-4 business days however it is not guaranteed by the Post Office (shipping during the holiday season may also cause delays).

Can a doctor's office get a discount?

We do offer a discount to doctor's offices that order in bulk. Contact us for details at PatchPals@aol.com
